Communication:

1. Communication is a process to communicate with others  successfully. The word communication is derived from Latin word ' Communis ' which means common.
   • There are many types of communication: 
   •  (1) Interpersonal Communication or Dyadic Communication--    Here Two or more people communicate to each other i.e., face to face. 
   •  (2) Intrapersonal Communication-- It is a Communicator's internal use of language or thoughts .
   •  (3)Mass or Mediated Communication--Imparting or exchanging of information on a large scale to a wide range of People.
   •  (4) Formal Communication: This type communication is used upper level management for transmission official information.
   • Informal Communication (Grapevine): It is unofficial communication.
